Commission Details
You can get a commission via ko-fi, artistree or contact me directly per mail. You may dm me directly on social media if we had prior contact before. Please note that due to processing fees , the prices may vary slightly on the different sites.
The following prices and examples are for individuals PRIVATE COMISSIONS.Commercial use for INDIE AUTHORS comes with an additional 50% fee. This includes character art for promotional purposes, book covers, illustrations for print or bookmarks.For a larger scale commercial use like Merchandise Production, Book Covers or Illustrations meant for reselling purposes, please send me an E-Mail.I am up for a challenge and will draw anything for you - just keep in mind that I will not emulate the style of other artist and I will reject Comissions that I'm uncomfortable with (Extreme Fetishes, Violence, Gore etc). If you are unsure, feel free to reach out for clarification.
What to prepare:
Give me the description of what you want. I can work with words only but visuals are always better. Pose, expressions, specific interaction, the mood or vibe you want it to have - if you're not fully sure, I can help you along the way too.If you want a specific style from me, please tell me/show me an example (from my own art). Otherwise you'll be subjected to my whims of what sparks joy to me atm (this means if I go full lineart or not, if I use highlights and how I use them, the way I shade)Make sure the ways of contacting you are accurate and dms are open if you choose that option.All prices are in Euro.
Troughout the process you will be updated with screenshots of the sketch, the lineart + base colours and one last screenshots before everything gets finished.For more info, please check out the TOS or contact me directly if you

| By commissioning an illustration, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure a transparent and fair collaboration for both you and me as the illustrator. |
| 1. Personal use artwork encompasses, but is not limited to: The posting of art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics, using as a background/header on social medias or personal devices such as a phone or a computer. Please discuss with me personally if you wish to use your art for other PERSONAL uses that do not fall under these categories. |
| 2. Commercial use artwork for Indie Authors encompasses: Artwork for Social Media Promotions, Prints, Bookmarks, Roll Ups, Covers, Stickers or Keychains. If you want something that's not listed, please reach out to me and we can figure something out. |
| 2. As the artist, I reserve the right to use the artwork for self-advertisement (examples in commission infos, portfolio), to post the artwork on my social media accounts and to store the artwork on my computer. |
| 3. As the commissioner, you are allowed to ask for your commission not to be posted on social medias, ever or for a certain amount of time. |
| 4. Order Process |
| I will provide you with an estimated timeframe for when I can begin your commission. If you have a strict deadline, please inform me in advance. |
| You will receive an initial sketch that outlines the general direction of the artwork. At this stage, major changes are still possible. If we have agreed on a deposit, it will be due upon receiving the sketch. |
| Once the sketch is approved, you will receive additional updates during the stages of lineart, flat colours and rendering. At these stages, minor changes are possible, e.g. different colours in eyes, clothes, different props etc. |
| Before final delivery, I will send you a preview of the completed illustration. After receiving full payment, I will provide you with a download link for the high-resolution files as well as a sized down, poised version. |
| Only you and I have access to the full size, un-poisoned version of the artwork without any watermarks. |
| Only the sized-down, watermarked and poisoned version of the artwork will be posted on my social medias. |
| 5. Order Processing |
| A commission is considered confirmed once we have agreed in writing (e.g., via email) on the details, price, and timeframe. |
| Changes after confirming the commission are possible but may result in an additional fee. |
| The processing time depends on the complexity of the project and will be discussed individually. |
| 6. Payment Terms |
| Payment is required either upfront or in installments, as agreed upon. |
| The final files will only be provided once full payment has been received. |
| If payment is not made, I reserve the right to discontinue work. |
| 5. Usage Rights |
| Upon full payment, you receive the agreed-upon usage rights for the illustration. |
| 7. Cancellation & Refund Policy |
| You may cancel your commission only before work has begun. Any deposits paid are non-refundable. |
| If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, any payments already made will be fully refunded. |
| 8. AI, NFT, Blockchain restrictions |
| You, the client, agree to not use, reproduce, upload, or input any of my work, whether drafts, sketches, mockups, or final deliverables into any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, or generative model training system, app, or service, including, but not limited to, those used for the purpose of image generation, style replication, editing or dataset development. |
| All materials - including but not limited to sketches, videos, graphics - provided are exclusively created by me with no involvement of AI in any stage of the process. |
| The use of work non-fungible tokens (NFT) or blockchains is strictly prohibited. |
| Any use of the work for AI training or algorithmic analysis is strictly prohibited. |
| 9. Liability Disclaimer |
| I am not responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the illustration. |
| Once the final files have been delivered, I am not liable for any loss or corruption of data. |
| By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. |

| 1. Personal data (email, adress, name, and any other data such as pictures) will not be shared or sold to third parties. |
| 2. Only your username, commission type and amount will be stored on my computer as a way to keep track of my earnings. These datas will not be shared or sold to any third parties. |
| 3. Email, adress and name are only stocked on my paypal account as invoice details. These informations remain personal and will not be shared or sold to any third parties. |
